Colorectal Cancer remains a major cause or morbidity and mortality globally. In our laboratory, we are leveraging next generation technologies, patient-derived biospecimens and pre-clinical models to study the genomics, immunogenomics, mechanisms of immune evasion and vulnerabilities of colorectal cancer.
Our mission is to expand our understanding of the pathophysiology of colorectal cancer and translate this knowledge into novel preventive and therapeutic avenues for patients with this disease.
